What’s it like working at LMI?
At LMI, we specialize in low-volume, high-mix work. We directly support the food industry, electrical grid, logistic facilities (Amazon & Walmart), conveyor supply companies and many more.
Due to our low-volume, high-mix work, this means you won’t be doing the same task over and over. Our shop floor is filled with variety which means you won’t find yourself sitting on the same machine for weeks at a time.
A benefit of being at a small company is our management and owner are involved and never too far away for a conversation.
